Sometimes I feel like people only see me as, “the girl who volunteers.” I am my chapters external philanthropy coordinator and I think girls have forgotten that I am a person beyond that. We talked about this in Gamma the other day, and I think I am the friend that people only come to when they need something. It really sucks. The last like twenty people who have come into my room needed forms for something. Or they wanted some information on a certain philanthropy.
I am a person. I love reading and chocolate chip ice cream. I am very passionate about a bunch of volunteer type things, but there is more to me than that. I have homework too. I love art. I love dumb youtube videos. There is more to me than what you need from me. Sometimes I wish that people would see that.
